Cancellation Policy

If you are scheduled between the hours of 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, your car will be picked up between the hours of 8:15 A.M. and 8:45 A.M. Your car will then be returned by 1:00 PM on the same date. If you are scheduled between the hours of 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM, your car will normally be picked up between the hours of 12:15 and 12:45 PM. If you are going to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least one (1) hour before your car is to be picked up so that our staff may adequately prepare for picking up all other vehicles in a timely fashion.
